Returns & Exchanges will guarantee customer satisfaction based on our Beautiful styles and Reliability. Our QA team ensures that the products you ordered are of top quality and function well before they are packaged up and sent out to you. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may opt to return them for a refund or exchange. 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days since you receive the order.
However, all Sales are Final for all accessories, swimwear, undergarments, intimates and tights.
Please make sure the goods are in perfect condition and well packaged when they are returned to us. All original tags must be attached and footwear must be in its original box. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned.
The original shipping fee does not include or account for refunds on your return. Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.
How do I make an Exchange?

How do I make a Return?
You will have to message us at for the return location. You will have to pay for the shipping to return the item and message us with the tracking number.
Return Requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must in new/unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box without postage labels or tape attached. And apparel must be returned in the original plastic package with bar codes.
Failure to abide by the Return Policy will result in a 50% restocking fee.

Please allow 5-12 business days for transit, plus an additional 2-18 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.
